Booking and cancellation policy

Unless otherwise specified, booking payments are non-refundable.

The room cleaning is done daily. Check in from 15.00 to 24.00 and check out by 10.30 (you can arrange to other needs and schedules of luggage arrival and departure). Breakfast: from 7.00 to 10.30 (you can ask the breakfast “take away” or “self service” for other needs of time).
Smoking ban all over the Bed and Breakfast.
To cancel the day before arrival, will be charged 100% of the total price.
