A name and its meaning
Until not very long ago miners were at work in these parts, searching for valuable ore. Due to its hidden treasures, Fleres/ Pflersch was also known as the “Silver Valley”. The valley floor and mountain slopes are made up of the so called Ötztal-Stubai Crystalline Complex rocks. Our architect has taken history and geology as his inspiration: Bergkristall or mountain crystal struck him as being the appropriate name for our family hotel, built in 1999. The hotel features modern and accessible facilities, a wellness area, in-house pizzeria, restaurant and serviced terrace. Even though the hotel is still rather young, and built to modern criteria, we make sure that Bergkristall is always sporting a fresh shine: the hotel has recently been repainted and furbished with new flat screen televisions.

Plenty of choice within the house
You can choose between bed and buffet breakfast, half pension with a 4 course evening meal and salad bar or à la carte at our in house restaurant with seating for 100 guests. Breakfast, and dinner are served in our dining room where upon request we can also offer a three course lunch menu in addition to the four course evening meal as full pension. So it makes no difference if you spend your day relaxing around the hotel, or are out and about on a tour. With us you'll find everything you need in the house! Our chefs understand the delicious South Tyrolean cuisine as well as fine Mediterranean dishes. We offer well sized children's portions for our younger guests. On our serviced terrace (150 places) you can enjoy an à la carte meal or pizza on sunny days or have a leisurely cup of coffee and enjoy the lovely surroundings.

Sauna and steam room included
After a day on the slopes, sledging, snow shoeing or hiking of course you should completely relax, particularly if it's getting colder outside and you like to be warm. For these times our well kept spa area with Finnish sauna, steam room, relaxation room and infra red cabin (additional fee applies) is available. You can use the facilities freely and limitlessly. In winter the spa is open daily. If you want to do something for your beauty or physical well-being we also have a solarium (with an additional fee) and a fitness room. For the eventuality that sun doesn't shine or if you just want to prepare yourself for an upcoming active day.
